My little doggie Niece, Sadie the Jack Russell is here visiting this weekend. Her Daddy, my Nephew Chas, and I share custody. She's his, but lived w/us for almost 3 years. Now, she comes for visits when he needs a doggie sitter. I just love her. Never say the word "Treat" around her, unless you have one.

ReplyDeleteIt's funny how the word Treat is the very first word they understand. My dog is the same way. All you have to say is Treat and she comes a running and you better watch out! Sadie is adorable and yes - it is a dog's life. Gotta love them.

She's getting old. I love her to pieces. When they first got her, we had to watch her for a while since she was a surprise gift. I think we bonded in that short time. I've had many dogs, and still have two, but she's alway my favorite Sadie!!

ReplyDeleteLove little Sadie..ironic..we have a doggie (neice ~smile~) that lives with us for the last 3 years and soon will be moving out along with her master, and am sure we will doggy sit someday too.!! And she will be the same way...never...I mean never...say that 5 letter word in front of her unless you have one in hand!! !smile!
