I'm so thankful for my AC. When I was raising my children we didn't have AC. I would take them down to our lake and we would hang out all day in the water. I don't miss not having AC, but I do miss those lake days with the kids.
I've been thinking about a giveaway. I just have to decide on what. It will be announced soon.
I will say this, It's going to be something for Fall or Winter.
Sorry about the heat, Pat...I know the humidity makes it so much worse. We have had a relatively "cool" summer here so far...low hundreds - it's the few weeks that we get the 127 degree heat that does me in. I will take 103 any day! Stay cool, my friend!

Uggh, I could really join that dog today. Hot here also, we got up to 115 with the heat index. Stay cool!

This board would contain the name of the blog, the first name of the author ( last name, if you allow ) and birthday-- month and day only.
Once I get this put together, I will email to all participants.

I just think it would be handy to know when our friends birthdays are so we can send them our best wishes.
